All videos on BJJCoach are curated from publicly available YouTube content. We don't host videos ourselves—we embed them directly from YouTube. This means you're watching content from the original creators (like Lachlan Giles, John Danaher, Keenan Cornelius, and many others) while benefiting from our organization and training tools.

A drill pack is a focused collection of videos around a specific technique or position you want to master. For example, you might create a "Scissor Sweep" pack with 3-5 videos covering the technique from different angles and instructors. You can then use this pack during training sessions to drill intentionally.

Programs are multi-week structured training plans. You can create programs with scheduled sessions, each containing specific drill packs or videos to work on.
