By accessing and using BJJCoach ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BJJCoach is a training platform that helps Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners organize and structure their learning from curated YouTube instructional videos. We provide tools for creating drill packs, training programs, and tracking progress.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the Service without permission
  • Using the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

4. Video Content

BJJCoach curates and organizes publicly available YouTube videos. We do not host video content ourselves. All videos are embedded from YouTube and remain subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific video.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. BJJ training carries inherent risks, and you should always train under proper supervision.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BJJCoach be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including any injuries sustained during training.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
